Who are we?

It all began in 1990, when Ugarteburu S.A. wanted to increase the range of products it could offer its customers. The result was Depresa, a young and vibrant team of professionally trained staff with a clear mission: to meet the growing demand for outstanding quality and unparalleled service with both speed and flexibility. That mission is still what drives us today – and it’s what sets us apart from all the rest.

What do we do?

We produce high-quality machined parts from 4 mm to 50 mm in diameter, in both medium and large batch runs. Thanks to our impressive fleet of 18 state-of-the-art multi-spindle lathes from some of the world’s most prestigious manufacturers, the range of diameters we are able to machine is one of the widest on the market. Gildemeister 20-6, 35-6, 35-8 and 42-6

A family of multi-spindle automatic lathes for medium and large-scale production. Offering exceptional precision with short cycle times and impressive cutting speeds for highly efficient, economical machining. CNC compound slides provide greater flexibility, opening up even more machining options. Maximum turning diameters from 25 mm to 42 mm.

DMG-Mori GMC 35-6 ISM

A six-spindle automatic lathe capable of machining highly complex parts using a wide variety of machining techniques. Features a separate 6,000 rpm integrated spindle motor with C-axis for each of the main spindles and up to 56 numerically controlled axes. Offering maximum stability, outstanding damping characteristics and exceptional thermal stability for high-precision machining. Radial tooling, front-working tools and pick-up spindle for back-working operation provide the ultimate in flexibility, whilst 1 g acceleration, CNC axes and a quick-change system make for fast cycle times and quicker retooling. Maximum turning diameter: 42 mm.
